All prices are net prices in euros plus statutory VAT and apply per venue and month. The offer is directed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code.
POS hardware such as a touch terminal, receipt printer and cash drawer is not included in the monthly price. We will add suitable devices to our range shortly; until then we are happy to tell you which devices have proven themselves in practice.
The till is identical in both plans – complete, with no artificial limits.

Touch terminal, receipt printer and cash drawer will join our range shortly. We are happy to check existing devices for suitability.
Creating the menu, setting up delivery zones, connecting printers, training the team: we quote the effort in advance – no surprise on the first invoice.
Updates, backups and monitoring of your instance are included in the monthly price. Support is available by phone and email during business hours.
The monthly price covers the software, your own instance, the online shop, updates, backups and monitoring. Only third-party charges come on top: the fees of your payment provider for card payments in the shop, the connection of the technical security device, plus hardware and setup effort. Whatever applies to you is stated in the quotation.
Per venue. How many tills, waiter devices or screens you connect makes no difference to the price. A second location is a second venue with its own instance.
Term and notice period are stated in your quotation – we discuss them beforehand instead of hiding them in the small print. Please ask us about it before you sign.
Your data belongs to you. At the end of the contract you receive your master and revenue data in a readable format, including the DSFinV-K export for the statutory retention periods.
DevyPOS keeps every receipt unalterably in a consecutive chain, creates X and Z closings and provides the DSFinV-K export. Connecting a certified cloud TSE under section 146a of the German Fiscal Code is done as part of putting your system into operation. What is ready at the time of your start is stated in writing in the quotation – we do not promise anything that is not there yet.
