Manageradditionally reports, cash book and closings
Ownereverything, including settings and staff

Analyses such as the finance report are limited to manager and owner.

3. Wages and travel costs

On the staff record you store the hourly rate and the method for travel costs – an amount per trip or per kilometre. Both feed into the driver settlement.

4. Leavers

Anyone who leaves is set to inactive, not deleted. The matching receipts have to stay assignable; a deleted employee would leave a gap in the audit trail.

Assigning PINs: four identical digits and years of birth are quickly guessed if somebody looks over a shoulder. Assign the PIN yourself instead of letting people choose their own.
